Our approach

A club built for progression

Structured training

Planned, demanding practices. Every player knows what they are working on and why.

A progression between teams

Both teams train under the same coaching staff. Team B players can aim for Team A from one season to the next.

League competition

Team A plays its matches in the LLL Montréal league, and Team B in the LTVQ. Practices prepare directly for competition.

The club

A serious organization

Club de Volleyball AAA is a registered Québec non-profit, affiliated with Volleyball Québec, with civil liability insurance. The club offers competitive teams and a mixed adult Development program on the island of Montréal.
