The club
The mission of Club de Volleyball AAA is to build a competitive volleyball community in Montréal by offering athletes a structured environment focused on progression, athletic excellence, and teamwork.
The pathway
A pathway, not a ceiling
Teams A and B form a single pathway. Team B athletes compete in a structured, competitive environment, with the opportunity to move up to Team A. Level is earned on the court.

Structured training
Every practice is planned with clear intent. Players know what they are working on and how their progression fits into the season.

The club's revenue is reinvested in its activities, including gyms, leagues, equipment, coaching, and athlete development.
Leadership
Head coach
Bogdan Alexandru is the club's director and head coach. A former libero with the Carabins university team and a former high-level player in Québec, he combines competitive vision with a calm, technical approach.
With over seven years of indoor coaching experience and four years in beach volleyball, he helps players build strong fundamentals, tactical awareness, and lasting confidence on the court.
