Refund Policy

Tryout fees

This policy applies to Team A and Team B tryout fees. The $19.99 tryout fee is non-refundable. An exception may be granted in the case of an injury preventing participation, provided you contact the club before the tryout date. Each request is assessed based on the situation. If the club cancels the tryout, the fee will be refunded in full.

How to make a request

Write to us at aaa.volleyball.club@gmail.com before your tryout date, including your full name and the tryout concerned. Approved refunds are issued through Zeffy, to the payment method used at registration.
